$35 filing and processing fee per folio. RETAG receives a 30% contingency fee only if we successfully reduce the clients' taxes.

WHEN IS THE DEADLINE?
THE DEADLINE DATE TO FILE THE PROPERTY TAX APPEAL PETITIONS IN MIAMI-DADE, BROWARD, AND PALM BEACH COUNTY ARE EXPECTED TO BE IN MID-SEPTEMBER. CONTACT RETAG TO FILE YOUR PETITION ON OR BEFORE THE DEADLINE AND TO RESERVE THE RIGHT TO APPEAL THE PROPERTY TAXES.
